We aim to empower and inspire individuals to create their own change.

We provide private pay Life Coaching services, as well as Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation, ISDE and Wellness services through the Comprehensive Community Services program. Our certified coaches and licensed counselors have extensive training in understanding many of the difficulties life presents. Our mission and passion is to meet the needs of ALL individuals, including those where traditional outpatient therapy may not be the most appropriate option. We are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. *** Additional evening telehealth options may be available.
